Subject: Mobile Network Randomly Drops on Galaxy M35 5G (Airtel)

Hello,

I am facing a frequent issue with my Samsung Galaxy M35 5G. My mobile data is turned on, but sometimes the phone completely loses the network connection - the 5G/4G/2G icon disappears from the top status bar, and I cannot use the internet for a few seconds.
After a few seconds, the network connect to 2G and then automatically switch to 4G. It takes forever to connect to 5g. I doubt if it ever connects. 
This only happens on this phone. I have tested the same Airtel SIM card in another phone and it workshop perfectly without any disconnection.

I have already tried:

Resetting network settings
Switching network mode to 4G/5G only
Swapping SIM slots
Ensuring mobile data is enabled and power saving is off
Updating software

Still, the issue continues.

I am very disappointed with this.
I sincerely request Samsung to not only provide updates for 4 years but also provide support and fix bugs.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon.
