📢 Serious Issues in Galaxy M31 4G – Need Update Urgently

 Dear Samsung Team, I am using Samsung Galaxy M31 4G, and recently the phone has started facing multiple serious issues which are reducing the overall performance and user experience.
 1. 🔋 Battery Drain – The battery backup has become very weak. Even with light usage, the phone drains too fast and standby time is very poor. 
2. 📱 Apps Lag & Performance Issues – Most apps are lagging, freezing, or crashing frequently. The UI has become slow and unresponsive. 
3. 📞 Call & Network Problems – Calls are dropping, network keeps fluctuating, and internet speed is much slower than other devices on the same SIM. 
4. 🌡️ Heating & Bugs – The device heats up quickly, even while browsing or during calls. Many small bugs affect daily usage. 

We kindly request Samsung to release a new software update (One UI + Android upgrade + bug fixes + security patch + performance optimization) for Galaxy M31 4G.

 Samsung is trusted for reliability and long-term support, but if these issues are left unfixed, users may feel disappointed. Please take our feedback seriously and provide a smooth, stable, and optimized update for Galaxy M31 4G users as soon as possible.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Samsung intentionally delivered faulty update wich is last update now they've said didn't provide any update for this model Google play store apps update taking almost hour's in installing if 8 to 10 apps update together.. Same app redmi phone's updating in just 1 or maximum 2 minutes.... Also facing battery draining very fast by Google play services in some app completely useless
