Dear Samsung,I hope you are reading this. Phone Freezing and Restarting has been the issue ever since One UI 4 update was pushed. The auto restart problem is real and the solution that you people are providing is for auto start that I have scheduled once in a week and it's fine. It does it's job during night and even after I turned that off this phone freezing and restarting multiple times has been an issue. It freezes and restarts infinite times during the day making the phone unusable. Also I can't trust my phone as it turns off during calls, Meetings, While I am opening camera and taking pictures of something important and sudden. Because things don't wait for my phone that when it will restart 100 times back to back then they will move. Samsung was praised after they announced multiple major Android updates to their phone but we don't want such buggy updates to make phone un usable. I know it's unlikely that you guys will push the update because you guys have now made money from this device and it's well over your 2 year support time. But Remember that this is not the way you treat your customer. I am not demanding Android 13 or something. I just want another One UI 4 update only with All these bugs fixed. Like sometimes sounds automatically goes down even while volume is at 100% it corrects itself after sometimes or I have to restart again. Hence Android 12 update has made this phone buggy and I was expecting that you people will take a look on this and will fix this issue with an update as I was already seeing lot of comments and complaints regarding this issue. But the behaviour you guys showed on this is nothing but Arrogant. You just copy pasted one response everywhere that turn off auto restart rather than understanding what's real auto restart issue is that they are talking about. Hope You will Fix this with Soon with Software Update.
Regards!

My phone is in this stage for almost an hour now. It's neither restarting nor shutting down. And this is not the first time this has happened to me last time it happened I had to leave the phone until it died and then this issue got fixed. This time also I feel that the same is going to happen because no one has solution to this not even samsung service centre.20220814_071903_20226_1660441744.jpg

Connect your device to the charger.

Ohh M21, the infamous Exynos 9611. Believe me, it can't be fixed through an OTA update, you have to change the motherboard. You might be able to do this for free, search 'motherboard' in members app, and see the steps of those who got it for free. As far as I remember, it has to do something to mail with CEO desk, and further steps.

Yup you will, and due to the mistake of samsung, you shouldn't pay for it. If you just google, go to the twitter or even on this community there are 5000+ reports on this issue and the shameless company is not taking any responsibility. It's due to their faulty motherboard. Don't just let it happen once again, they sound do it for free, and if not go to consumer court and sue them. You can contact and BA members (people with star mark after their name) in the community, describe your issue to them and ask them how to get free repair.

I don't know how many poor and innocent people have paid for it, thinking that there must be some issue to their specific unit, yet unknown of the dark practices of samsung. I don't want from any any single person should pay for the mistake of samsung.
