Samsung Galaxy M21 automatically restart and freeze

After using 1.5 year My galaxy m21 has frequently auto reboot problem since last 2-3 months after applying update.

This is very disappointing and am not able to use the phone. Service center is asking me near about RS 7000 for Exynos 9611 motherboard replacement. This is not my fault(looks like samsung has shipped untested update) and hence Samsung should resolve immediately without any cost. Pls help otherwise

Within 1.5 years of use, the phone should be good, after the update you're facing this issue! So, report this problem and you can wait for a new update! If not just ask the service center to change it for free of cost because no phones will get motherboard issues within 3 years' time!

Phone totally stopped. I visited service center they said the mother board is dead & mother board change cost is 6999 INR.
