We all galaxy M35 users are facing a very major problem i.e. when we switch video quality to 4k 60fps on Youtube, it automatically switch to 480p and the video quality option shows only 480p and lower resolution options
We have to restart youtube to watch videos at higher resolution
When I first bought m35, it has this problem but after a update it got solved but video becomes laggy when at 4k60fps HDR
But again after December update, problem has arrived and still with February update it is not solved
I request Samsung to work on solving this problem it is very irritating
And also the phone overheats a lot please work on that too

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We would like to inform you that all devices come with varying features based on their individual hardware and software specifications.

We have conducted a check and confirmed that your device does support video playing at a resolution of UHD 8K (7680 x 4320) @24fpsThis means your device is indeed eligible to play 8K video content.

However, please keep in mind that for you to fully experience 8K resolution, the content itself must also be compatible with 8K standards. A slow connection may reduce quality, so please check your connection. If the content is in 4K on YouTube and your network is strong, consider reaching out to YouTube support for help. then we request you to please contact to the You tube app support team.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
