4k 60fps youtube video working again on M35

This is how it's working

1) closed youtube and also from the background

2)opened youtube and ran 4k 60 video where it automatically shifts to 480 leaving no other high quality options to chose

3)closed the 4k 60 video

4)now opened some random 4k video and set quality to 4k

5)closed this video as well and returned to 4k 60 video again

6) Now it's running 4k 60 video

Note: video quality preferences set to Higher picture quality on youtube.

 Is this a bug?

Maybe a youtube bug check for update of app or phone software update
If this doesn't work contact samsung customer care and ask them for the issue.
