Frequent Freeze and Restarting issue for every 5-10 mins of use. sometimes even quick restarts after reboots. Fed up with this issue. Gets heated.

Service center is asking many people for motherboard change which costs very high. IF there is a fix which can be resolved by a software update, samsung needs to do it. I wonder if the device will even be eligible for exchange as the device needs to be in working condition, even for the official Samsung store.

So thats the issue with my M21 device.

They are right it's problem from PCB.
You will have to change it. No any option.

Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

I want you to do the following things and if your not comfortable in doing it tell me I will go for easier steps.

First tell me if your device Is rooted or not.
Delete any app that is pirated like mods/cracked of paid app if you have any eg. Youtube vanced.
If your device storage is full . Make some space like 5 to 10 GB either by deleteing or moving it to SD card.
If you have multiple IDs present in phone like Google account. Run only one.
Factory data reset the device.
While setting up don't tick any optional things and turn of auto updates from play store, Galaxy store and applocloud.
Don't update any apps that you don't need or use . Let them stay as it is.
There is option in device care for auto restart turn that off.

This is as far as you can do with software side .

If your battery backup is bad, run the diagnose test from this app and check if it's normal or weak . You need to change the battery if it's weak.

If your phone has fallen and after that your getting these problems then need to let them see what's the problem.
Anyway as they are charging you high price visit the local shop that has good name and fix it from there.

Let me tell you my story .
My phone shutdown never turnd on. Visited the service center they asked 9k for motherboard and phone's price is 11k which is used for 2 years.
I went to local shop fixed it for 15 hundred . Phone is still running good.
This was 7 months ago .

So you see they sometime just want to extract the money from you.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for resolves this issue.
