My phone is restarting again and again

• As the problem raised,my Samsung M21 keep restarting again and again. After consult at service center spectrum marketing at Dhantoli,Nagpur. It was suggested by the Samsung representative that first they will try with Software,if it will not works then ,they will go for hardware checking,Afterward they are going to check hardware,after an hour they reported that mother board ,camera unit is needs to replaced and about expense of Rs 11000 is to be require and all they are accessed without open the phone. It reveals that they are complete only the formalities but not focussed on the problem. I insisted to buy new phone.
  I have a very bad experience with the Samsung Service Center.

Bro few months back I am also faced this problem and I bought new phone.
There is a mother board issues in m21
They blaming us and they didn't not take responsibility for this. This is Samsung manufacturing fault. But they asked me to pay 6k - 8k for mother board replacement
They literally fooling There costumer
They are money 💰 minded only

The only way is filling a case against Samsung in consumer court only.
If we provided that they will pay fine and they take action to repair it

Bro, I had a similar problem, with my old J series samsung, I tried a setting and it worked pretty well. You could try this.

If the device is turned on once> Settings>Apps> Search ( Android System Webview)> then tap on three dots on top right and tap on Uninstall Updates.

I don't know it will work or not, but give it a try.

I got restart problem after latest software upgrade and Samsung service center asked me to replace mother board with 6500 rs. When I reached local service center they showed 2phones under repair with same problem. This issue is with their processor. Samsung should acknowledge and repair these complaints for free to keep it's brand value

Backup your data before it's too late. To turn on the phone forcefully, press and hold power button and volume down button.

After that try factory reset.
If the issue still persists, try installing firmware whose process I have explained in my post(link below):
