Galaxy M- As the problem raised,my Samsung M21 keep restarting again and again. After consult at service center spectrum marketing at Dhantoli,Nagpur. It was suggested by the Samsung representative that first they will try with Software,if it will not works then ,they will go for hardware checking,Afterward they are going to check hardware,after an hour they reported that mother board ,camera unit is needs to replaced and about expense of Rs 11000 is to be require and all they are accessed without open the phone. It reveals that they are complete only the formalities but not focussed on the problem. I insisted to buy new phone.
I have a very bad experience with the Samsung Service Center.

Galaxy MThere is a mother board issues in m21
They blaming us and they didn't not take responsibility for this. This is Samsung manufacturing fault. But they asked me to pay 6k - 8k for mother board replacement
They literally fooling There costumer
They are money 💰 minded only

Galaxy MIf the device is turned on once> Settings>Apps> Search ( Android System Webview)> then tap on three dots on top right and tap on Uninstall Updates.
I don't know it will work or not, but give it a try.

Galaxy MAfter that try factory reset.
