After performing a factory reset on my Galaxy M34 5G running One UI 7 (Android 15), I’m facing an issue with Modes and Routines (Bixby Routines).

Whenever I try to turn on any mode, the message appears —

Turn on Bixby Routines from the Quick Panel to use this feature.

However, there is no Bixby Routines or Modes & Routines toggle in the Quick Panel, and it’s also missing from Quick Panel edit options.
I have already tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache/data, and restarting, but the issue still remains.

It seems the Routines system toggle is disabled or hidden after factory reset.
Please fix this issue or provide a way to enable the Bixby Routines feature again.

Well this is new, I have same device and i reseted it Multiple times in past and haven't faced issue like this once.

Do below things

Check if every permission is given to the app from settings.

2 more permission like Appear on top & Change system settings.

See if their is any updates available.

Try to Sync with Samsung cloud.

If still nothing try connecting with samsung support.
