Boot your phone in safe mode to check if a third-party app is causing the problem. If the phone doesn't restart in safe mode, it indicates that an app is the culprit. Uninstall recently installed apps one by one to identify the problematic one.

Yes it is third party because
My first phone Samsung a10 have same issue but after 1 hr phone switch on and I reset factory

Now it has 3 year not see again issue

M21 has genuine problem of restarting issue after 1 or 2 year of usage.

Disable the auto restart function
There are two methods to disable the auto restart function

Method 1: Settings>General management>Reset>Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Method 2: Settings>Battery and device care>Three dots>Automation>Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled

Backup your data before it's too late. To turn on the phone forcefully, press and hold power button and volume down button.

After that try factory reset.
