I am facing a repeated problem on my Samsung Galaxy M35 where the Bluetooth microphone does not work only inside the Free Fire Max app.

Here are the detailed symptoms:

  1. When I connect any Bluetooth earphones (tested with Realme Wireless 3 Pro and another Bluetooth model),
the microphone does NOT work inside Free Fire Max.

  2. If I disconnect my Bluetooth earphones, then the phone microphone works normally inside Free Fire Max.

  3. If I keep the mic ON inside the game and then connect Bluetooth earphones, the mic starts working for a moment but the in-game audio drops to call-quality (HFP mode).

  4. If I turn OFF the mic inside the game while Bluetooth is connected, the audio becomes normal again,
but when I turn ON the mic again, voice does not reach teammates.

  5. I tried:

    • clearing cache

    • deleting Free Fire Max data folder through PC

    • uninstalling and reinstalling the app

    • restarting phone

    • testing with different Bluetooth earphones

    • checking Bluetooth call/audio toggles

    • testing mic in other apps

The issue did not get resolved.

  6. The Bluetooth mic works perfectly in BGMI, WhatsApp calls, normal calls, and other apps,
so there is no problem with the phone microphone or earphone microphone.

  7. I tested Free Fire Max on a different phone (Vivo) with the same Bluetooth earphones,
and the mic works properly, so the problem is specific to the Galaxy M35.

This looks like a Bluetooth HFP/A2DP routing issue specifically affecting Free Fire Max on Samsung Galaxy M35.
