I am using Samsung m31 .only 1year 10months old..last 5days mobile facing some problem .automatically restarting,  every 15 to 30 minutes .I don't know what happen. Is it any software problem?

Maybe it's motherboard issue. Try replaced it through service care

Follow the above steps in the post, if they deny, then ask for discount and be adamant that the update has damaged your phone, tell them you will file complaints in consumer forum

1. Settings 》Apps 》tap 3 dots 》Reset app preferences

2. Settings 》Device Care 》Battery 》Background usage limits 》
* Deep sleeping apps 》select all apps
* Sleeping apps 》select all apps

3. Settings 》Apps 》
Android system Web view 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Android system intelligence 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Chrome 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update

4. Playstore 》Storge 》Clear data

5. Update all apps
