Automatic restarting and charging problems

Since last update my galaxy m 31 started showing some problem it auto restarts. While I'm typing something  on keyboard and while I'm watching youtube these are basic two works which i do with galaxy. I thought there will be any malicious file(virus) so i had  reset my device  suddenly after 2-5 auto restart. But the problem continued and now it had official problem with adapter and cable they are not working together but when i use them separately  they work normal. That means both adapter and cable are in working condition..
Device automatically shows usb charging connected and disconnected... and now when i plug in device for charging it shows nothing no charging no indication at all.. remember device still restarts automatically... i think adapter and cable are not comfortable with each other they need divorce 😄.
Kidding.. now what should i do dear samsung i think it's software problem please fix it asap... my 2-3 years (approx) with galaxy was awesome but this is beyond my expectations. It looks like bad dream

It's the motherboard problem,visit service center and get it replaced.
It costs around 7k or 8k.
I suggest you to buy a new phone.
This issues is with majority of M- series.
It's due to low quality motherboard, whose lifespan is 2 or 3 years max.
Since, your phone has crossed 3 years, your facing this issue.

Nope,even in A-series phone it's happening.
Like A52,A52s,F62,M32,F22
All these phones have restarting issues after updating their phone.
So,it is better not to update the phone.

This is a manufacturing defect of exynos 9611 soc and a quality control fault of Samsung
They had provided free repair to many users but now it has become widespread

Follow the above steps in the post, if they deny, then ask for discount and be adamant that the update has damaged your phone, tell them you will file complaints in consumer forum

When I told about this issue to the service center people,they told its because I used my phone extensively.
They told playing games causes the phones to heat,if the phone heat then the ICs on the motherboard melts.

This was the answer what I got from them
