Shaking the camera before using might not be the permanent solution,because it has been caused by the update,so try changing the camera settings and if the issue is still present,then it might be solved with the next update.

This is purely a scientific thing but I don't how the camera looses focus at 1X after updating.If it happened by dropping the phone,it would make sense but after updating,i don't know how it happens.

Shaking the camera causes the magnetic levetation of the OIS to allign properly and adjusting the position of lens.This causes the light rays to pass through the lens easily without any loss of rays and that's why the images come out clear.
