Kindly change the Wallpaper and theme of the device. Advise the user to choose wallpaper available in a ‘Featured’ section of the wallpaper setting.
Navigation Path to Change Wallpaper: Long Touch at Home Screen > Wallpaper and Style > -Change Wallpaper > Apply Any Wallpaper in Featured Section.
Navigation Path to Change Theme: Long Touch at Home Screen > Themes > Apply themes available at Galaxy Themes.
In case the issue persists, kindly share the report of the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
