Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We acknowledge your query, and we request you to please follow the steps to prevent the device automatically restart.

Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Turn off Auto optimization.

Check for software update.
Open up the Settings app and tap on Software Update. Tap on Download and Install to check for any pending updates.

Check the device in Safe Mode
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume Down key.

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.
Restart the device to exit safe mode.

Factory Reset Your Phone
1. Open the Settings app and tap on General Management.
2. Scroll down to tap on Reset and select Reset all settings from the following menu.
3. Tap on Reset settings and enter your device pin or password to proceed.

In case the issue still occurs. Please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Thank you for writing to Samsung.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Backup your data before it's too late. To turn on the phone forcefully, press and hold power button and volume down button.

After that try factory reset.
If the issue still persists, try installing firmware whose process I have explained in my post(link below):
