J7 Pro- showing error while tapping on self-shooted video file in Gallary app, shows pop-up as attached screenshot..Please suggest troubleshooting. Dont suggest to reset app preferences, I already done it ton of times.e7140501-b1df-46b7-aa9c-c4a8b7aa60a1.jpg

Clear junk files and RAM and reboot the phone.

it works only once, but its not a permanent solution brother...it shows very regularly

clear the cache.of the gallery file..i'm having the same problem.but after clearing cache and data.solved my problem.
