J7 Pro- showing error while tapping on self-shooted video file in Gallary app, shows pop-up as attached screenshot..Please suggest troubleshooting. Dont suggest to reset app preferences, I already done it ton of times.
I already faced this problem twice...A guy at service centre also confirmed that j7 pro's screen is very thin and crack attracting phycology...it will damage again and again. i have done it twice. dumb device it is.
