Issues while playing video

While playing video using samsung default video player and youtube a error message pops up saying video codec not supported someone plz help me with this regard i am using samsung galaxy j7 prime

just use another 3rd party app instead of default video player

Yes thats what iam doing but at the same time official youtube player is also showing the same error

you can install any 3rd party or
restrt

or visit samsung store

use mx player

Vijay then uninstall YouTube app from your device. remove it from your play store library. then reinstall it either from play store or galaxy app store
