Hi friends Proximity sensor of my A71 is not functioning properly. Facing too much problems during call. Many times screen remains black at the time of removing of phone from my ear. Already done factory reset but problem not solved. Any help?

I had the same issue, I did factory reset 3 times out of frustration. It is working fine since then.

Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung phone app' >Storage >Clear Cache.
