Actually they are working but sometimes they don't work at all. I realized the phone is not locking after I put it inside the pocket and while doing so pressing the power button, yet some of app opened inside my pocket and after taking it out and saw the phone is unlocked and random app running (power button is set to lock the phone obviously)
Restart and the problem vanished. After using it the lock button is not working while if I double tap to lock and then press the power button it wakes. Same happens with the volume buttons. Holding the power button gets me list to power off, restart, emergency mode and lockdown. But the single press lock does not work. I need to restart the device several time in a day.
P.S checked with samsung care and all button works normal but the lock system and volume system doesn't.
