I have samsung galaxy a 53 5g device yesterday evening litte press on phone with hand and then screen is black all working I plugged in charging charging sound is working
Incoming call is received and after that I press volume up down and power button together then phone is booting fine all screen is working but again I lock my phone again same problem black screen I try this method many time but same things is happen so please anyone help me what I do
If screen is not locked phone is working properly. 😢
As per your query, we would request you kindly visit the service centre and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
Same problem happened with me too, in A70 . I have been using this model since 2019 and recently this happened. The samsung store from where I bought told that it's the issue of the display and if the display is changed, the phone will work but, it will go bad after one month. So , i bought a A16 instead.
