what is this samsung your are not giving updates to fix the issue your giving updates full of bugs .

i got an update of 83 mb in my j7 max a week ago still i donot download it...any one plz tell me that whats new in this update and what problems faced by install this update ...plz reply

when u releases the new fota updates ...... we facing many issues (j7 max)

when i try to save a new contact in sim it doesn't save and showing unable to save contact ..what its happening samsung there are so many bugs in our phone and u guys donot even try to solve it by giving software updates ...

i am facing charging issue in my j7 max ..... when i check the battery its on 92% then i just turn off the screen and again turned on so its on 88% plz help .... any one who knows or face this issue ....plz help... what r u doing samsung we facing ma...
