J7 MAX BIGGEST PROBLEM EVER FACED

I Am a j7 max user since one month before i bought my phone ....But today I Was Charging My Phone in switch of mode..ot reaches upto 96% but after that it start to decrease and come to 92% fastly....is there any one facing problem in this community of j7 max user ...please explain is it softwere or hardwere problem....please.....bhailog....please....
