when i try to save a new contact in sim it doesn't save and showing unable to save contact ..what its happening samsung there are so many bugs in our phone and u guys donot even try to solve it by giving software updates ...

coz of full memory.....sim can save 200 contacts only

try another sim if that worked, that means your sim have fault

Thank you for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to offer some troubleshooting steps to overcome the issue:
1) Select any other location to save the contacts and check the issue.
2) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Contacts >> Clear Data & Clear cache and restart the device.
3) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Press on three dots >> Reset App Preferences.
If the issue still persists, We would request you to provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports)
Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
