Hello Samsung,Why do we always get a certain month's security patch at the end of that month when it only makes sense that we get it at the beginning of the month.The May patch was just released and we still dont have it.
They informed me that they removed it for security reasons. I think that is a lame excuse since knox security from Samsung is Pentagon certified. I am upset at their decision and lack of honesty.
In 1 and a half hours, the entire MENA region will be on April 14th. Maybe we will start to see the update then, but if we don't, I feel we won't see it until May .Stupid SAMSUNG. Treating the MENA region like inferior customers.
