addressed from long back and not solved yet. we bought 5g phone not to have 4g service. either to enable it for 5g or sell and market it as 4g device
still we are waiting for update from @samsung to fix this issue. I am facing another issue that the other sim card constantly disconnected from internet and have to return the data to another sim card or turn on flight mode then it will work again
