My father using s9 not + it received one ui2.5 or something after nothing came. Even other m series received one ui 3.0 or 3.1 and some phones. its a flagship phone at that time then why samsung still didn't give the update? And another damaged phone...

I'm having a M01 with Android 11 and my brother has M11 with Android 10 which is more priced than M01? Mine received before the date of update and m11 still didn't got it any explanations?
