My father using s9 not + it received one ui2.5 or something after nothing came. Even other m series received one ui 3.0 or 3.1 and some phones. its a flagship phone at that time then why samsung still didn't give the update? And another damaged phone s10e also received. They still giving security patches for months. we won't receive android 11  that?

S9 and S9+ already received their 2 major updates, i.e. Android 9 and Android 10. Most M series devices were launxhed with Android 9 or Android 10, so they have received Android 11, and some will receive Android 12 too.

🤣🤣😆what you will give to developers? S9+ already got 2 major os updates... so Samsung + Google agreement policy clearly stated that 3 major os only starting from s10 series not below this...os update depends on Google not by Samsung alone
