mine was escalated 17 days ago. after also claiming in May.I was advised it would be despatched 2 days later.no replies to the 6 emails I've sent thus far.

that's abit difficult to do as I ordered mine via vodacom at the beginning of March for the 1st of April renewal They only reopened on the 1st of May.
