I have redeemed the earbuds when I got my S20 on 15 May. Received a refernce number CITD145326676172. Have sent numerous emails to verify@samsung but no one ever replies.

mine was escalated 17 days ago. after also claiming in May.

I was advised it would be despatched 2 days later.

no replies to the 6 emails I've sent thus far.

Same here. Bought 19 March, got confirmation that buds were allocated, Samsung has been ignoring me ever since. 😡😡😡
