how to claim ear buds

Hi. I got my Samsung s20+ today. How do I claim my free buds.

Hi Leo 

Kindly be advised that Galaxy buds promotion expired on the 31st march 2020 for all retailers and on the 21st April 2020 for Vodacom customers.

that's abit difficult to do as I ordered mine via vodacom at the beginning of March for the 1st of April renewal

They only reopened on the 1st of May.

Well even with me having completed this, more than 2 months later, I still havent received my buds :(

I could only go into upgrade after lockdown moved to level 4 from 5. I don't think it's fair. also cellucity was still promoting this in store when I upgraded

hey so i upgraded my contact with mtn so i also can't claim? and Samsung rewards no longer work?

hi but why didn't they have them in store so that when we a phone we also get the free buds, this is unfair
