When can we expect to have One UI 7.0 for the S24 Ultra?Thank you. Belal

Since October 2023 my phone had absolutely no updates. How is that possible? The A34 has already received the update to one UI 6.0! Unacceptable! 

We buy the latest galaxy watch only to find out the most recent health apps do not work. Service not available in the region. So my question is when will it be available? Thanks for a clear answer before we look to upgrade!
