WearablesWe apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. To help resolve this, please follow these steps:
1. Run a Battery Diagnostic:
If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone, use the Samsung Members app to perform a diagnostic on the watch battery. This will help determine if the battery is in good condition.
2. Update Your Apps and Watch Software:
- Ensure your watch and all apps are up-to-date. From the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone:
- Tap Watch settings or the SETTINGS tab.
- Tap About watch and then Update watch software.
- Tap Update now or Download updates manually.
3. Manage Battery Usage:
- Turn off unused health trackers and background apps.
- Check and adjust network connections, and disable features like Watch always on and Voice wake-up in Bixby or Google Assistant.
- Consider turning on Power saving mode to extend battery life.
4. Avoid Temperature Extremes:
Exposing your watch to very hot or cold temperatures can negatively affect battery performance.
Please note that battery life can vary depending on usage patterns and settings.
