More then 10 times in a day I restart my phone because of airbuds,everytime while I busy on a phone call and between this if someone's calling on WhatsApp the airbuds volume became too low and everytime for solve this issue need to restart the mobile phone. Please suggest any permanent solution.

Try upgrading the firmware of the buds 2 pro even if it does not work reset buds 2 pro

Please try these steps , if this issue did not resolve please visit the nearest service center

Check the direction of each earbud
Make sure you are wearing the earbuds correctly
Adjust the volume of your earbuds using the device, or the earbuds themselves
Check the earbuds' battery status
Check if Ambient sound mode is enabled if you cannot hear sound well during calls
Check your phone's sound settings
Restart your phone, and then your earbuds
Check for software updates for the earbuds
