Samsung Health Monitor App in South Africa

Hi. I have an S21 Ultra with a Watch 3 and wanted to use the Samsung Health Monitor App with the ECG and other functions, but it seems it is not available in South Africa. When will it be available here? These functions were the primary factors for choosing this phone and watch combo. T.I.A.

What is the update on this because I intend to buy the watch. If these essential features aren't enabled shouldn't the watch be cheaper.?

It is a pity that Samsung does not even bother to give some indication of when (or IF) it will be available. Yet they keep on quoting the functions.

There should be a penalty and we get our money back for a device with less than advertised features

I have been told they will be here by December, but this is if you have a Watch 4.??
