Samsung Health Monitor only for USA

I am very disapointed with samsung! Unfortunately only some countries have all functions working for a smartwatch galaxy watch 4! 

Are we from Africa or out of USA not samsung users to?

To me we are doomed buying samsung smartwatches in South Africa. I should have known better when i switched from Garmin. I am so dissapointed too.
