Samsung health monitor app in South Africa

So, I wonder when the health monitor app will be made available in South Africa.... the watch 4 is already being spammed in articles but Samsung has neglected to release full functionality on the watch 3. This is really bad. I mean you can get a cheap watch for 10 times less that you can monitor heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen  saturation on and they are accurate (tested at doctors office) but the Samsung Watch 3 can only do heart rate in S.A. It supposedly can do all that and have basic ECG/EKG functionality, so make it available geez.

I feel ripped off I need the sleep analysis. This is the reason I bought the watch 4

Should have gone for a different brand. Should know that if they don't give full functionality on watch 3, why would they on 4....

How long have you had it. I'm sure there is a Consumer protection rule that will allow you to take it back

It is pathetic, the Fitbit versa 3 and Sense can track blood oxygen, why can't Samsung do it
