Hello,

My Galaxy watch 3 Always On Display does not function normally. The watch face always turns off despite turning on AOD. Nothing helped to fix it, I tried restarts, resets and switching AOD ON, OFF and ON again. This was my first wearable to buy from Samsung after my Apple Watch. And it was a huge disappointment.

Is the watch and the wearable application updated?

To troubleshoot Always on Display issues on Samsung Galaxy Watch, disable Power saving mode, clear the Galaxy Wearable app cache and install the latest software updates.

Thanks. I have alreadt tried rebooting and power saving mode is already disabled. Hopefully deleting the cache solves the problem.

Hello, I did everything I could to solve this issue. No matter what I do, the screen still turns off despite having AOD on. For a last hope solution, I did a hard reset for the watch, that didn't work either and the problem is still there. What a disappointment after coming from Apple Watch 4.
