Wearables
I've recently got a Galaxy fit 3 for me. I really do enjoy using it. Love the features it has got, specially combined with a Samsung phone. But it has got some serious issues
In my work I had to do a lot of heavy hand movements and after a while when I go through my watch I see a huge amount of step has been counted. Though I do have to walk a lot but it's actually way less than what it's shown in the watch. Before having the watch my phone used to count way less. It would count around ⅓ of the watch. Which I guess is pretty accurate. But after having the watch It started to count step from my every action I guess. Is this how step count work in a watch? I thought it would be much more accurate by communicating both watch and phone together.
Other Issue I have which is inaccurate stress level. If I manually measure stress from both fit 3 and my Note 9, the result seems far from being similar.
And another thing is that whenever a call comes through 3rd party apps, it mostly does displays the call which you can only decline which is enough for me. But unfortunately it doesn't displays the caller name. It makes no sense if a call comes and I can't tell if it's from someone important or it's ok to decline unless I go through my phone to check and then decide.
These are some important things that people would expect to be accurate and reliable. But It's really unfortunate to have such issues which is not to be expected. Samsung should do something about these.
