I just bought s20 plus yesterday ...nd i dnt knw why but it is not supporting superfast charging i hav tried everything in settings...like enabling the superfast charge etc...it is only charging fast but not superfast.....can anyone help????
We would like to inform you that the issues has been resolved with the latest security patch which got released on 6th April. We would request you to please update your device with latest software update and observe the same. Update device software (If available) : Settings > Software update > Download and install.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
my s20 plus is fully updated...and still its taking around 2 hours to get fully charged....with superfast charging enabled in settings..i tried allmost everything like i dont use it while on charging even i switched off my phone and charged ...nothing worked
