Samsung Max VPN not showing correct plan

I have a subscription of Deluxe+ plan purchased from Google Play Store, but the App is still showing my plan to be Basic even after signing with the same google account. Tried unistallation/reinstallation of app, restarted the device and even went for a re purchase of subscription. As a result I have now 2 active subscriptions of Drluxe+ plan on my single google account but still unable to "upgrade" to correct plan and use the benifits of the upgraded plan.
How to resolve the issue. Please help.

We would like to inform you that "Deluxe+ plan" is a 3rd party application that is not from Samsung. As we are trained to handle Samsung software and hardware-related troubleshooting, we advise you to contact the respective application software support. You can reach the app developer through the email channel for which please log in to the play store > select more option> select installed app> click on read more. If you have any queries regarding apps developed by Samsung, we will be happy to help you.

This is not a deluxe plus plan but the VPN plan.
