Can someone help ? I am unable to use mobile data even after getting full network, the wifi is working. The mobile data doesn't shows lte/3g symbol. My phone is galaxy s9. I restarted everything, even formated my phone. Tried all the possible suggestions on this still unable to connect to internet.

first remove the sim card and insert properly. then go to settings > connection > mobile networks > check volte settings enabled and network mode selected to auto (lte/3g/2g) > next tap network operators > select automatically.
sometimes turning on and off flight mode helps.

I tried the process you told me. Its the same as before. Look my mobile data is on and its set to lte/3g/2g, network operators is set to automatic.

can you make calls? or else put other sim in your phone check the situation.

yes i can make calls...tried another sim the same situation is in that sim also
