Low Light Front Camera Issue for A72

Hi Samsung Tech Team, 
This is to share you that A72 is really good phone. But it is noticeable that Front Camera in low Light is not up to mark, lack of Resolution. Before taking Shot in front of Camera lense, the quality looks like natural as per low light, but after taking the shot, the output quality is very poor. Switching on Flash, the quality is good and natural. 
The above issue is same in both of A72 and A52. 
Please improve Quality and Resolution of Front Camera for A72. 
As per Price Point A72 deserves it. Thanks.

Same issue is with F62, the front camera in low light is performing really bad even one of my older phone which I bought 3 yrs back is giving me better picture than F62. I had also reset the camera settings and deleted the data of camera app, but the result remained the same. Don't know what's happening. If anyone could please help in resolving this issue. Can't even make video calls in low light due to the quality of front camera this F62 is offering. PLEASE FIX IT!!

Yes. In A72 & A52 same problem. Lack of Resolution in low light.

Will Samsung even respond? The quality selfie camera in low light is making the experience awful. Please provide some updated low light mode for brightness and clarity both in camera app and for video calls.
