I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the customer experience manager, Shajin, regarding the recent issues I have encountered with my Samsung Galaxy Book 4 laptop. Despite the evident heating issue in the SSD, which has significantly reduced its health to 99% within just two months of purchase, Shajin has denied the existence of any problems.

This situation is particularly concerning considering that I have previously owned an HP laptop with an SSD installed for three years, and its health remains at an impressive 99%. The rapid deterioration of the SSD in my Samsung laptop, coupled with the lack of available technicians, raises serious concerns about the potential for a laptop explosion or internal damage.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to take the necessary steps to address the heating issue and ensure the safety and reliability of my Samsung Galaxy Book 4 laptop.

Also this laptop hinges are of bad quality. Sound in this laptop isnt good enough.
Design issues makes internal components fail soon.
Not provided sufficient cooling system.
Laptop overheats.

I recently purchased galaxy book 4 and I feel that display light flickers because I can't feel that with my macbook or office laptop. But this display literally flickers and I can feel that with my eyes. Not sure what's the issue. If it's driver or a faulty unit or samsung's incapability to make good products
