Galaxy book laptops worth buying?

Ofcourse no product quality is very bad lack of knowledge in service centers. I have inhand experience of using both galaxy book 3 and book 4.

Ofcourse both the laptop has trackpad issues.

Issues faced :

Trackpad unresponsive 

Bad sound quality 

Bad hinges 

Not 180° its like 175° where u can keep on flat surface to play see saw game.

Overall product quality is bad. Just unboxed book 4 today and disappointed a lot.

Its an overpriced trash bin please beare of buying it.

Writing this as i have been misleaded more than 4 months by samsung india in this trackpad issue since service centres doesnt have enough knowledge to deal this issue.
