Tech TalkMisleading advertisment done in live demo as this laptop is not 180 degrees having video audio proofs as well, as per CPA 2019 max 14 days is allowed to refund [12 days passed] for samsung or else samsung needs to compensate me for mental agony caused. Also needs to pay penality.

Tech TalkDear so called Samsung customer care, not sure if they really understand the meaning of customer care service..
My family is fan of Samsung products, we are owning many S series phone & couple of tablets, etc. considering phone quality we decided to go with Book 3 & that's the biggest mistake.
I have raised issue with my laptop book 3. which is "undamaged" & having some noise for hinge. Here is story -
I have purchased this laptop through corporate purchase plan & have paid Rs. >10K for 2 years extended warranty. ( I guess that's the biggest mistake I made as service is so pathetic ).
I took laptop to nearest service center & they verified the laptop & acknowledge the issue as design fault. This is common hinge problem across the globe & will be rectified as laptop is under 2 years extended warranty & they took pictures of laptop for further approval. They mentioned as the laptop is online purchase, you have connect to samsung support portal to route this request. That was surprising to me.
Next day I called 1800-5-7267864 Operations 24*7 & raise a ticket. 2 days later technician got assigned for this request. He was supposed to visit my place to check the laptop, however he called & asked picture of the laptop from all directions & later no response.
1 week later when I followed up with customercare & whatsapp, it showed the ticket has been closed by customer request as customer refused to pay repair cost. I spoke to customer care supervisor - Jatinder& he was supposed to revert in 2 Hr. Its 4 days over, no call/no update.
This is the way Samsung book support works. Samsung India has to look in the matter & change their contract employees.
