Samsung has accepted its fault and providing free motherboard replacement or repair 

My A50s had auto restart issue after updates, service center asked for motherboard change.

Step1: Mail on Samsung CEO DESK, write that, the update has damaged your phone and you want free repair

2. The next day you will receive call from them, tell them the same, they will ask you to submit phone at nearest service center 

3. Visit service center and tell them to submit phone and the service head has insisted you to do that and show them the mail received form service head.

Take job sheet from them

4. Follow service head's calls and instructions precisely 

The whole process will take 15 days and you will get the phone repaired free of cost

Hi bro, I got this reply when i requested for free motherboard exchange.

Please help me with further steps to get done for free.

Note:-We would like to inform you that physical damage/ impact damage/ cosmetics part issue/water locked issues are not considered under the warranty as per Samsung warranty guidelines. Therefore, service will be done on a chargeable basis

Follow the whole process and be adamant to them, if they still deny free repair then ask for discount

I went their today but nothing happened they are asking about money.

Did you talk to service head on call and then submitted your phone

I told them everything they are saying they will not do it for free.

I already got my motherboard of samsung a21s replaced by samsung through consumer helpline help for free in february but after 2 months problem started again ... now device condition is so bad it freezes and restart every hour ... even twice or thrice per hour .. my money wasted... worst phone ever .... cant afford a new right now... literally cant express my problem in words..

3 or 4 months warranty is given on replacement motherboard

Mail them and say that how can the quality be so poor and ask them to provide free replacement and repair
