Samsung has accepted its fault and providing free motherboard replacement or repair 

My A50s had auto restart issue after updates, service center asked for motherboard change.

Step1: Mail on Samsung CEO DESK, write that, the update has damaged your phone and you want free repair

2. The next day you will receive call from them, tell them the same, they will ask you to submit phone at nearest service center 

3. Visit service center and tell them to submit phone and the service head has insisted you to do that and show them the mail received form service head.

Take job sheet from them

4. Follow service head's calls and instructions precisely 

The whole process will take 15 days and you will get the phone repaired free of cost

I am doing that right now, but they are not accepting. My device's m31s motherboard was replaced by service center in Jan2022 due to the auto restart and screen freeze issue. Now  since last week its stuck on the logo screen.

I was also facing same issue with my samsung f41 and when I approach authorised service centre,they are simply asking me to change motherboard.

• Gone through your post and I've  mailed them,got a call from the executive and they asked me to visit service center,asked to forward the job sheet to them via email.

My mobile was out of warranty period.So can I expect free service from samsung?

Its difficult to get for free
But just be adamant to them and tell them that the update has damaged your phone and the issue is faced by more than 10k users
Threat them that you will file case and defame brand on social media
Ask them adamantly either for free repair or give discount on repair

It is of no use. I have a M30s with autorestart problem, when visited nearby service center they told me the motherboard will cost around 7k, afterwards i decided not to change, then i contacted through email to the ceo, it was of no use, they told me only the device which are under warrenty can be replaced for free of cost, or else I have to pay the whole 7300 to replace the motherboard.

They are not providing free of cost now, earlier, when cases were less, they were providing for free
Now they are providing repair for discount
But it totally depends on your service center

I'm also facing this issue with my M31s. I want to ask can we downgrade our Android version to previous version? It will fix the issue or not. Service center can do this?
