Samsung M30S restarting on its own

My phone is restarting on its own over past two days. Automatic restart is OFF already. Even I did factory reset. Issue never got resolved. I myself is a DELL H/w SME. So I tried all possible quick fixes and resolutions. Nothing changed. The phone keeps restarting even when it is left in idle/standby state. Ironically my phone restarts even during the phone set up stage after factory reset. To my knowledge my phone never had any water spillage or phone drop incident too. Looks like some damage has happened to some H/w peripheral due to some update from your end. Kindly give a solution to save your brand image. Infact this is the first samsung product I ever bought and I bought it on the very first day of its launch I guess. Samsung has made me pay back dearly by keeping me out of connectivity.
